In the weekend just past, the “Empowering · 2019” GAOHR Group Executive Training Meeting was held solemnly. The two-day conference brought senior managers from all over the country to work together to make a final sprint for the performance of the second half of the year.

“Empowering”, as it name implies, is to personally practicing the empowerment positive energy to others. First of all, Gavin, the Group Chairman, brought a dynamic and passionate opening speech on behalf of executive in the group. Gavin gave full recognition to the hard work and achievements made of all managers in the first half of 2019, and evaluated with four words, namely, “steady progress”. Gavin said that in the second half of the year, several of our overseas branches will also be formally put into operation, coinciding with our branches in Europe, which is another big step for us to strive to realize the dream of an international leading headhunting group.

Then the group president Even went up onto the stage to solve the “Common Problems of Executives”. He screened the most confused questions of all managers from more than 100 emails and hundreds of questions, and helped executives to eliminate doubts from the most authoritative perspective. In the process of answering questions, Even fully exuded his personality charm and positive energy to personally demonstrated that the most valuable quality of a team manager is “quality, responsibility and delivery”. Through case discussions and simulation exercises, everyone has a new thinking of the method and mentality of headhunting work.

It is the most fitting to described the relationship between our GAOHR BD and CC with “complementarity and win-win cooperation”. Mandy, BD manager, ignited the atmosphere of the whole conference hall with a class “Discussion on Common Problems between BD and CC”, and launched a novel and exciting debate between BD and CC. During the discussion, the managers understood the difficulties of each other’s work, learned to make transpositional consideration , and realized that the GAOFH family can achieve mutual benefit and win-win only when everyone performs his own function and cooperates with each other.

Luo Yu, the business director and Shen Jie, the technical director, sorted out and explained the various systems and rules in the business and the operating procedures on the system respectively. As the co-called “nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards”, only when there are laws to abide by and rules to follow, can the work process and individual rights and responsibilities be clearly defined, and transparent and efficient supervision and management  be achieved under the high-level and flat management mechanism.

After the meeting, the managers who attended the meeting all had deep feelings, and made up their minds to carry out the company’s guidelines in their respective positions to cooperate with the external empowering of the group, strive to cultivate their skills, and continue to pass the “positive energy” empowered by the group to every member in the team, so as to work together to march towards the set goals in 2019 with the unwavering spirit and dauntless struggling attitude!
